This page explains what happens to the information you give Mishawaka Prime Drywall when you call the number on this site or send the quote form.

What we collect

The quote form sends whatever you type into it. Your name and phone number are required. Your email address, town, the service you picked and your note about the wall or ceiling are optional.

A phone call leaves a log with the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and the general area that number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and a short announcement says so before you are connected. If nobody picks up, any voicemail you leave is recorded as well.

How we use it

Your details are used to call you back about the drywall work and arrange a time to see it. We also count calls and form requests to see how well the site is working. Your information is never sold, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Who receives it

Your request, your call and any voicemail go to the drywall company that takes on the job, so it can reach you and price the work.

A few outside companies run the systems behind the site for us. Twilio carries the calls and stores the recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form requests. Telegram sends us an alert for each new request or voicemail so we can respond quickly. None of them uses your information for its own purposes.

Analytics and cookies

We do not run analytics or ad trackers here, and the site stores no cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Call logs, recordings and form requests are kept for as long as they help us follow up on your project and keep accurate records. Ask us to delete them and we will.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, call the number on this site or send the quote form with that request in the message. We will let you know once it is done.

Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date below.
